Day 31: shoot, trouble

Have got to learn a better way to troubleshoot: either faster, or tai-chi-ing it away (delegation sounds better, but I’m Singaporean after all).

When you spend 3.5 hours on troubleshooting an issue, that’s 3.5 hours taken away from planning and building a better product. Worse if 50% of that time involves your devs – taking from valuable dev time.

Then again, maybe better product design in the first place would have prevented this.
